[SQL] UnixODBC-2.2.8-2.3.0 driver

I have  installed rh-postgresql-server and rh-postgresql version
7.3.6-1 on Redhat Enterprise Linux 3.The rhdb is started.I have created
the /usr/local/etc/odbcinst.ini as follows: 

[PostgreSQL]
Description=PostgreSQL driver for Linux
Driver=/usr/lib/psqlodc.so
FileUsage=1

Running the following command:

odbcinst -i -d -f /usr/local/etc/odbcinst.ini

 outputs the following error:

odbcinst:iniOpen failled on /usr/local/etc/odbcinst.ini

What is the problem and the possible solution to that?

Perhaps you meant psqlodbc.so ?
