Re: [Phono-L] Victor I elbow needed

2013-07-26 Thread Ken and Brenda Brekke
Bob,
I see this camera isn't much better. This is the pinned style elbow for the
early version of the Victor I. There are pins on the flange that are used
as stops for the Y hold down. The later ones had a stepped flange. It does
need some good cleaning.
Let me know if you are still interested.
Thanks,
Ken Brekke

Ken:

Wonderful!

My Victor I uses the clamp down type of elbow and not the slip in.
It clamps down with the thumb screw and the prong / fork clamp. Not the
right words but, I think it helps.

If it is the correct type, the arrangements are fine.

Hope that helps. I am looking forward to the pics.

again, thanks

Bob

Bob,
Did you find an original Victor I elbow yet? I thought I sold mine at the
Union show but I checked my display box and still have it. It is the
correct pinned style for the early beveled turntable I. I also have a
Victor I tone arm. I am asking 150 for the elbow and will include shipping
and insurance. I can send pictures in a couple of days as our camera died
and will have to get another one.

Phono listers:

I am in need of a Victor I horn elbow. In the event you know of one
available, please let me know.

An original is preferred however, repro will function until an original can
be found.

thanks

Bob
