Start with reinstalling everything but before install, remove ALL
existing dll/exe/php.ini files from your system.

Description:

I have installed php 5.2.4 when I run a simple command on command
prompt as 
echo ""|php I get the following error.. following
whihc the PHP CLI crashes. I have tried with the latest snapshot but no
luck. Can any one please help?
