#34792 [NEW]: Date() function bug

2005-10-09 Thread kallesommer at ofir dot dk
From: kallesommer at ofir dot dk
Operating system: UNIX/Windows
PHP version:  4.4.0
PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function
Bug description:  Date() function bug

Description:

If you look up at the manual on date() it says that l (lowercase 'L')
would give A full textual representation of the day of the week Sunday
through Saturday but if you look lower it also says Year: L Whether it's
a leap year 1 if it is a leap year, 0 otherwise.

So if you run your script you would get '1 or 0'...

Reproduce code:
---
?= date('L'); ?

Expected result:

I expect to see the name of the weekday..
