phpMyAdmin people think this is a problem with PHP. See:

and as soon as try to create a new table with phpMyAdmin 2.3.0

This is the SQL it tries to run. NOTE it duplicates on line 5,6,7

7 `what` VARCHAR( 50 ) 
8 ) 

and all i wanted was line 1,2,3
