4.3.0 don't pass PATH_INFO env.variable to script (php in CGI mode under Windows 2000). 4.2.3, 4.2.2 and all previous work with PATH_INFO without problems. Also 4.3.0 changes SCRIPT_NAME so script receives not the same string as passed by WebServer!
