I got the same error on my FreeBSD 4.8, PHP 4.3.3RC1 machine - and I _did_ use '$_SERVER' - not the $SERVER that the author obviously misspelled. Register_globals is turned ON - now any $HTTP_xx variable is _not_ set, the respective $_SERVER['HTTP_*'] _is_. May somebody with CVS access please change the status from 'bogus' to 'open'?
