I'm using PHP 4.3.2RC2. I tried this "php -c c:/winnt/", and it's work (with the previous version of php.ini). If I put a "php.ini" (from php4 or php5) in the same directory of php5, it's work. That's mean php can't load my php.ini in the %windows% directory ?!
