Likewise, I feel this is a piece is missing functionallity that should have been part of the original reflection API Basically, the reflection API provides no method in the ReflectionParameter class to find out the default value for a parameter. This is frustrating as I have a class that I use for simulating multiple inheritance that uses the reflection API to synthesise a dynamic proxy class.
