Please upgrade libsqlite in ext/pdo_sqlite to 3.3.7 for the next version
of PHP 5. Raison : bugs corrections and new features.

Last upgrade was for php 5.1.2 : 

Updated libsqlite in ext/pdo_sqlite to 3.2.8. (Ilia)
