Error signature: szAppName : httpd.exe szAppVer : 2.2.8.0 szModName : libhttpd.dll szModVer : 2.2.8.0 offset : 0001b317 I'm using php 5.2.6 and apache 2.2.8 on windows xp phpinfo() works for me too, but any other php scripts crash apache.
