On http://www.php.net/archive/2008.php#id2008-05-01-1 Update (May 6th): The Windows installers were missing the XSL and IMAP extensions. Update (May 3rd): The Windows archives were missing the XSL and IMAP extensions. I had done a fresh install of 5.2.6 of PHP and it turns out that it is missing another extension.
