Description: ------------ libcurl's CURLOPT_CERTINFO and CURLINFO_CERTINFO offer an application to extract a lot of information from the chain of certificates that a server offer at connect. This patch brings these options to PHP's CURL extension. Note that the libcurl option actually still only works when libcurl is built to use OpenSSL (and not with GnuTLS or NSS etc).
