Description: ------------ When I try to upload files using HTTP post with header "Content-Type: multipart/form-data; boundary=-----NPRequestBoundary-----" everything works as expected but trying to use "Content-Type: multipart/form-data; boundary=----- NPRequestBoundary-----; charset=UTF-8" cause completely blank $_FILES array.
