Can you send me your configure.log (or config.log) (privately please)? Derick [2002-03-02 10:34:56] [EMAIL PROTECTED] configure in php 4.1.2 will recognize libmcrypt 2.4.x (tested with libmcrypt 2.4.15/16 and 22) as libmcrypt 2.2.x.
