Is there any reason that this function is_a() does not work for php classes? If I create a domxml object $xml and do is_a($xml, get_class($xml)); it returns false...something seems wrong about that. This is not a strtolower problem either...this function works fine for user defined classes, but refused to even operate on objects created by php's functions. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=16870&edit=1 -- Fixed in CVS: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=fixedcvs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=needtrace Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=16870&r=submittedtwice
