Hello to all,
I want to start translate PHP Docs to Hebrew, but I don't know where to start. I don't have CVS access, so I can't upload translated files. I also don't know where to get the source of the docs.
I have some free time, and I know English and Hebrew languages very well.
Please guide me how to start, and where to send the Hebrew Docs I made. I want to start today, so if someone can e-mail me (and not the list), it will be great.
