I have a W2k box setup with IIS and PHP. It works fine, well almost. I can create a .php page and it works great. But, when I edit that page, the old page still shows up pubically. The page is updated if I open it from within the private network. For instance: www.domain.com displays old page, but 192.168.x.x displays updated page.
