[PHP] Counting download problem

Hi,
I have a script that creates automatically a zip arhive.
The script works fine, but I want to count downloads, and I made that
to, but if the user click "cancel" in the download panel the download it
is also counting. How can I prevent this from happening?

Here are the 2 files:

and test2.php is the script for upload :

I eant to install a "user" system on my website.
the site it is enterily in flash. What to u recomand : first to make a login areea 
with php and start a sesion and after that to load flash movie and to test if there is 
an valid user on my website.
