sorry if this is an "idiot" question. But I have several links in my site to php pages on other sites, why is it that I can not call a particular page up, since it seems to recalculate the URL eg http://XX.XX.XXX.XXX/html/early/cs_early_02_types6.php
does this in athe address bar http://XX.XX.XX.XXX/index.php?url=/html/early/cs_early_02_types6.php and secondly, http://www.something.com/subitem.php3?20+264 does this http://www.something.com/subitem.php3?20%2B264 please advise how to resolve.
