When I first saw it, I thought of a stem and leaf graph:

However, your stem remains constant (10), so I'm not really sure what you're
graphing.

Seriously, it looks just like a horizontal bar chart showing two distributions.

If you want to see the most suburb graphs ever, try viewing this:

This presentation is the best I've ever seen and if we could put all 
data into similar presentations, we would all have a better 
understanding of everything.
