Stuart, now I'm confused.

You seem to be posting slightly different versions of problems relating to
the same script(s) on 2 lists.

What is the current situation? Iterating through the 3 arrays or inserting
into MySQL?

Sorry about the two lists.  The echo's are fine.  The
problem was iterating through the 3 arrays.
