Use this file instead: php4apache2.dll It's supposedly in the sapi directory. Did you search the internet for this subject before you posted? If not, you should have. There's lots of info on this "missing" file. if you can't find a working version anywhere, mail the php-dev mailing list, they can probably help you out more.
