Running win 2000 server with IIS
PHP as cgi
When going to the site, users are asked
for a username and password even though it
is setup for anonomous access.
It works fine with html pages.
Seems like the php.exe is causing the permission problem.

Find this in your php.ini
Adjust to meet your requirements
Your mail will now work
Remember you must restart IIS
after you make these changes.

[mail function]
