Why do '$bar = "My name is $bar";'? And then do 'echo $foo' *before*
you 'echo $bar'? The point you're trying to make is surely expressed 
better like this:




Clearer for the newcomer to programming, ne?

I don't have problem with the file.

It's encoded by UTF8.

If you are using personal web server or like,
you may need to set correct Charset header, though.

Or file was broken temporarily?
