Bug description: Serialize objects is valid for PHP 4 only?

Description:
------------
The "Serializing objects - objects in
sessions" [http://de2.php.net/oop.serialization] page
states it's valid for PHP 4 only. There are no references
about PHP 5. Neither at the "Classes and Objects (PHP 5)"
chapter nor somewhere else.
