[PHP-DOC] Using the submitted code

Hallo,

In the web manual for PHP I've found some function that some of the 
visitors submitted.
As the notes on your site inform the users that everything they submitted 
is the property
of the php documentation group, I ask you whether I can use that code in my 
program.
