I'm trying to build peardoc/ in cygwin. I've got ./configure to work, but I'm getting a strange bug in config.status
config.status: creating \ .infig.status: error: cannot find input file: \
a quick text search of config.status reveals no presence of "infig"
Where do I start to debug this one?
