Ah okay, there are plenty of build related downloads for Windows there 
but I don't see anything specific to jpeg, or perhaps I'm confused?

Does that include the rest of the entities in the bug reports?
I think i moved them all down to an ignore section (few days ago) in
the file to suppress the info mail, seems like I forgot the jpg one.

Just forget : the script have just been run (by cron or Hannes ?).
You can view the current result directly into the online editor (Main
menu =  EN Tools ) and your URL is no more into the failed result,

FWIW, I also see the Oracle web folk have redirected the old doc URLs
to the new ones some time after I made the PHP update.  Since it's
better for PHP to have the updated URL in the entities files it all
seems good now.

or webcitation.org for these broken entities? What about the idea of 
establishing new webcitation.org
links for any new entites generated? It's a mixed bag, I know - you gain the 
fact that links will
continue to work after the hosts have gone away, but you're no longer pointing 
directly to a regularly
updated source...
