It would be better to just add another member, there does actually seem to be 
some action on github.  It is just a matter of getting them to respond here

Progress is stalled on Pingus.  If I sill had git access, I would add you to 
the project, but that didn't seem to get transferred from Google Code.  It 
might be worth it to fork pingus

So I compiled and installed GCC 4/6/2  scons detects everything now; but when
