I remember seeing a web site where the photographer made a velcro edged jacket
that went over the seems of the camera to stop the leaks.anyone else know
about this?

Looks like a light leak. I think Holga owners considers that a feature
and not a problem! There is a reason these cameras were (originally)
 inexpensive...

Some Holga aficionados would kill for a Holga with that problem.

I never thought about it being a light leak. Being that it is roundinsh, any
idea where it might be coming from? I'll have to take a look. I modified it
myself and put on a shutter release cable. I had to cut part of where the
lens housing was to fit a brass channel in. I taped it up over that, but
maybe it needs more tape!

Thanks for the suggestions so far on my pinhole shots with my Holga. I just
uploaded a photo that shows this weird thing in the bottom right. I said
earlier that it didn't appear in my b/w shots. But I just looked at some
negs, and there are some shots with it. . . .

I like the quirkiness of using a Holga, but it would be good to know what's
causing this and if it's something I can fix.

Also, in some of my shots (not these), in the bottom right corner I get a
diagonal line that is curved and varies in thickness/shape. Is this a
reflection off of something in the camera? I sprayed the inside with a flat
black paint and sharpied the shutter. I haven't noticed this thing when
I shoot with black white film.

This is just a guess, but if the reflection is not there when using BW
film (and shooting in the SAME lighting conditions -- this is important)
then the FIRST reflection is probably off of the film itself. Something
else is making the second reflection so that the light gets back to the
film. Perhaps it is the edge of the pinhole?

Firtunately, odd an unexpected results are the hallmark of pinhole
photography, so this is probably a good thing. (Besides, if you want
flawless pinhole shots, a Holga is not the camera to start with; it is
good if you WANT to get unespectedly artistic shots...)
