here in the UK the only time I have used release forms is when I used to do
nude studies with male /female models .
that was some time ago this was for there protection as much as the
photographers .
if what you intend doing candid shots well I'm not sure. ive never bothered
(infact all my present work have no people in them and I get annoyed if they
get in my way even landscapes)
However if they do not show faces but more like places with people and it is
pinhole.
I would not think you would need to worry about it .
and it also depends on the publication.
having send all this remember I'm talking the U.K., what its like over the
pond well you do live in a suing society .
