First, when I read your message I recognized your name and the question. I
apologize for not responding to your previous email. We will indeed be
able to scan and upload your photo for you and others who do not have
access to a scanner.
The process for doing this is to send an email to supp...@pinholeday.org
with your request for scanning help. Then we'll send you instructions on
printing the form and who to mail your photo and form to for scanning and
then submission. The form is at:

We wanted to do more - to set up a network of scanning centers, but we
ran out of time and energy. We have people who have volunteered to scan
and submit, but decided not to publish their names,and addresses on a web
page.
I see no reason why we won't be able to handle requests for scanning, but
we just aren't advertising it heavily on the web site.
