It is able to build itself and was also tested with twitter-bootstrap4 4.5.0. Also which branch you have used for this update? I think node-yarnpkg might be hit by a bug in babel which is fixed in a more recent version. I'm seeing similar errors for node-less-loader + node-katex (0.10) as well.
