This is not written as a noun phrase describing the package. Also, there
is no longer description to give enough information to the reader.

When writing the ITP, please take the time to write a proper package
description. See the Debian Developer's Reference, §6.2.1 – 6.2.3.

Please note that it is often a mistake to copy the text from the
upstream work. Write the description of the Debian package to meet
Debian's guidelines.

Good catch. I hadn't realized this behavior at all (cant' remember I
ever converted a directory to symlink before). I will try to get a
freeze exception for this issue.

binary:node-tty-browserify is NEW.
binary:node-tty-browserify is NEW.
source:node-tty-browserify is NEW.

Your package has been put into the NEW queue, which requires manual action
from the ftpteam to process. The upload was otherwise valid (it had a good
OpenPGP signature and file hashes are valid), so please be patient.

Packages are routinely processed through to the archive, and do feel
free to browse the NEW queue[1].

If there is an issue with the upload, you will receive an email from a
member of the ftpteam.

If you have any questions, you may reply to this email.

Filename is also important, you should commit
node-base64-js_1.2.0+dfsg.orig.tar.gz instead of node-base64-js-1.2.0.tar.gz

Also please remove "New Upstream release" line from changelog.
