[Pkg-kde-extras] ruby-soap4r: new debian version (fix FTBFS #730912)

2014-01-03 Thread David Suárez
Hi,

I have updated ruby-soap4r to a new debian version.

Some comments:
  * Fix failing tests on ruby2.0 (Closes: #730912)
  * debian/source/options: remove 'single-debian-patch' options and add
  'unapply-patches' one

It builds fine on a clean chroot.

Can anyone review and upload it.

Thanks,
  David

If this could help, recently I made some changes on the packaging of bespin
[1].

I pass them to Ritesh and I waiting for the ok.

Matter of taste. I prefer to stay with the debian packaging history only,
instead of having all the upstream history merged.

About the tarball, Im using the one generated from the HEAD.

Fixed.

There goes: https://github.com/deiv/bespin-pkg

One thing to note is, that I switch to use tarballs for upstream import. So
now, the repository layout is completely based on git-buildpackage tools
layout (master, upstream and pristine-tar branches are the ones in use).

Thanks in advance,

[Pkg-kde-extras] bespin package removed from testing: new upstream version (fix FTBFS #724180)

2013-11-02 Thread David Suárez
Hi, I just updated the bespin package with the following changes:

bespin (0.r1688-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * [Team upload]
 .
   * New upstream release
   * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format (Closes: #724180)
   * debian/rules: fix clean target
   * debian/control:
  + update debhelper version
  + update standards version; no changes needed
  + use canonical URL for Vcs-Git field
   * debian/copyright: fix license file
   * Fix some spelling errors on upstream sources
   * Use correct debian/install-* file for extras
   * Do not install an additional copyright file
   * Add debian/watch file

May I simply ask for access on pkg-kde team and push to the git repository ?

Or anyone will review the changes before pushing them ?

Thanks in advance,
  David

Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on
amd64.

Maybe you need to add explicitly the offending lib to LD flags.
