[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#653933: Synaptiks: upstream available

2012-01-01 Thread newbeewan

Package: kde-config-touchpad
Version: 0.4.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

The current version of synaptiks seem to be a outdated...
A newer synaptiks version is available (tagged 0.8).

It also switch from hal to udev (it may solve bug #629940) and it is available
in ubuntu.

Is it possible to make it available in unstable or experimental for testing
purpose ?

Regards

Mourad

[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#594883: Perhaps conflict with kbluetooth (may be solved)

2010-09-02 Thread newbeewan

 Hi,

I solve that issue by removing kbluetooth (1:0.4.2-3), no more crash with
bluedevil !

I think it would be better to add that conflict in the package controls to prevent that
issue...

Hi, The experimental version of kdebluetooth is not installable because af
the dependency to kbluetooth which is a virtual paquage... Please could
you correct that dependency, this is the only KDE4 program to interact
with bluetooth ? Thanks a lot Mourad

Hi Mourad,

The actual version in experimental is 1:0.4.2-2 . It might be that your mirror
is outdated.

Please make sure your mirror contains that version and retry. It is very
certainly fixed.

Best regards,

kdebluetooth doesn't work at all with bluetooth 4.x

Is it possible to import in SID the bluetooth plasmoid

It allready exists in kubuntu and works well for basic usage (as far I
test it)...
