Bug#658075: blender: cycles addon "missing script files"

2012-05-23 Thread Matteo F. Vescovi
Hi!

 wrote:
> Sorry for the question, but how i can test cycles?

I made a test build some days ago, but after 3 days the build-system
deletes it to free hard disk space.

I can build it once again and copy it to a safe location.
Then you need to download the .deb package and install it over the
actual package with "dpkg -i .deb".
Remember that you do this at your own risk! ;-)

Cheers!

Yep, beaut.

Bug#674145: mplayer2: mplayer does not stop after playing a file

2012-05-23 Thread Uoti Urpala
Are you using Pulseaudio output (or ALSA redirected through Pulseaudio)?
My first guess is that you're hitting one of Pulseaudio's numerous bugs,
where it keeps falsely reporting that there's still a significant amount
of unplayed audio left; the player keeps waiting for the audio to finish
playing.

Bug#673820: mplayer2: -ao pulse does not work

2012-05-23 Thread Uoti Urpala
The issue in the log is due to the file being so short (0.5 seconds).
This is the same as
http://devel.mplayer2.org/ticket/166

The total amount of audio is not enough to trigger automatic start of
playback. However, for some weird reason setting that amount lower
triggered yet another Pulseaudio bug (it has a LOT of bugs), so mplayer2
doesn't currently do that.

Unfortunately Pulseaudio 2.0 seems to be yet buggier again than previous
versions - now seeking is _always_ buggy regardless of whatever else you
do on my machine at least (after calling pa_stream_flush() it takes a
long time before audio playback from the new position starts working
right, leading to stopped audio and frozen video until then). So perhaps
this issue could be fixed; OTOH that'd mean seeking would be broken with
all Pulseaudio versions, even the older ones where it worked before.

ecasound override disparity

2012-05-23 Thread Debian FTP Masters
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

libecasound-ruby1.8_2.9.0~rc1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says ruby.
libecasoundc2.2-dev_2.9.0~rc1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says libdevel.
libkvutils2.2-dev_2.9.0~rc1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says libdevel.
python-ecasound2.2_2.9.0~rc1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says python.

Please note that a list of new sections were recently added to the
archive: cli-mono, database, debug, fonts, gnu-r, gnustep, haskell,
httpd, java, kernel, lisp, localization, ocaml, php, ruby, vcs, video,
xfce, zope. At this time a script was used to reclassify packages into
these sections. If this is the case, please only reply to this email if
the new section is inappropriate, otherwise please update your package
at the next upload.

Either the package or the override file is incorrect. If you think
the override is correct and the package wrong please fix the package
so that this disparity is fixed in the next upload. If you feel the
override is incorrect then please file a bug against ftp.debian.org and
explain why. Please INCLUDE the list of packages as seen above, or we
won't be able to deal with your request due to missing information.

Please make sure that the subject of the bug you file follows the
following format:

Subject: override: BINARY1:section/priority, [...], BINARYX:section/priority

Include the justification for the change in the body of the mail please.

multitrack-capable audio recorder and effect processor (kvutils library)
Ecasound is a software package designed for multitrack audio processing. It
can be used for simple tasks like audio playback, recording and format
conversions, as well as for multitrack effect processing, mixing, recording
 and signal recycling.
 .
Ecasound supports a wide range of audio inputs, outputs and effect algorithms.
Effects and audio objects can be combined in various ways, and their parameters
can be controlled by operator objects like oscillators and MIDI-CCs.

Taking over libdvdnav would be helpful for handbrake, as we already talked
about, since this seems to be the only package that has "real" patches that
we should care about, from handbrake's point-of-view.

Also, having libdvdcss-installer would just add more value for the next
Debian release.

ecasound override disparity

2012-05-23 Thread Debian FTP Masters
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

libecasound-ruby1.8_2.8.1-8_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override
says ruby.
libecasoundc2.2-dev_2.8.1-8_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override
says libdevel.
libkvutils2.2-dev_2.8.1-8_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override
says libdevel.
python-ecasound2.2_2.8.1-8_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override
says python.

[NB: this is an automatically generated mail; if you already filed a bug
and have not received a response yet, please ignore this mail. Your bug
needs to be processed by a human and will be in due course, but until
then the installer will send these automated mails; sorry.]

2012-05-23 Thread Martin Ziegler
Package: mplayer2
Version: 2.0-554-gf63dbad-1

mplayer AUDIOFILE

given in the commandline, mplayer stops playing after the first file
and continues with the next file only after the return key is pressed.
