Hi Jaromir,

Done … I just removed it from the git repo.

Bug#693592: FTBFS on ppc64: Please add powerpc64 support to config/config.sub

2012-11-19 Thread Gary Scavone
Thanks for the patches. I'll add them for the next release of RtAudio (v.
4.0.12 … probably within a month) and RtMidi (v. 2.0.2 … perhaps early 2013).

To be honest, I didn't think anyone had powerpc machines around anymore!

Alright, so let's try to hear some opinions from rt{audio, midi}'s
 upstream author!

 Hello Gary,

I am the Debian maintainer of both rtaudio [1] and rtmidi [2] and I'd
like to bring Hiroyuki Yamamoto's patches up to your attention.

You may find them attached at the following bug reports:

   http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=693590
   http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=693592

I've applied those minimalistic patches to fix the build failures of
such packages on Debian's powerpc64 ports and I thought you'd be
 interested in doing the same

Thanks in advance for any reply, and cheers!
