easytag 2.1.10-2 ready for review/upload

Hi pkg-multimedia-maintainers

I just updated the changelog in easytag to reference all the recent 
improvements, and I think that it is ready for upload. If someone could 
review the changes and upload it, I would be grateful.

The package looks good to me. One thing, if you are intending to
continually maintain the Debian package then you should add yourself to
the list of uploaders in the debian/control file.
