Having already compiled stuff just do:

rpmbuild -bi --short-circuit spec
rpmbuild -bb --short-circuit spec

./repackage.sh spec

and this does only files packaging if you have files in rpm-build-root (ran 
already once the ./repackage.sh)
./repackage.sh spec -bb 

 rpmbuild -bb --short-circuit spec
also:
./compile.sh spec

Indeed it was simple... I have fixed it (see: 
SOURCES/kseg-emptyConstructionList.patch).
