New Unofficial Jpluck build

This one has added support for bookmark conversion from DOC files.
It also spits out the html it generates to \\palmdochandlertest.html if
you want to suggest P instead of BR or something.

The jar to replace is jpluck2.jar
It is accessible now from xmission.com/~mlambert/jpluck2.jar

Anyway to pick where the palmdochandlertest.html goes? Not a big deal, 
but...

See if you can get it in the main tree.

Now..how about Guten Text files (http://gutenpalm.sourceforge.net/)?
