It's possible that, given their size, the phone system will get me someone
who can act on what I've got. There's no chance of finding someone with a
clue doing that at most ISPs. I haven't gotten much else (except for the
one person who sent me something, thank you) so phones might be it.

I have a private question for someone with a clue over there. I tried a
couple of obvious addresses (security, abuse, postmaster) and didn't get
anyone. It's not super urgent, but I suspect they would like to hear it :)
