I still have some clear memories of Life at 2400 baud.

If you have a linux system up and running with DVD burner you can use
brasero to burn the ISO, or you can grab and use unetbootin to turn it into
a bootable Thumb drive (my personal prefrence)

and they are 64 bit desktop and server.
