one reference I found says maximum resolution of 1355x768 pixels.  Whaich
may be a typo but is an odd resolution.  Its probably 1366x768.  I wish I
could make my old Toshiba work.  Its LCD was 1600x1200 on a 16 lappie.

Re: Laptop Purchase

2010-02-01 Thread AZ RUNE
Talk with Tom from system76.com because they have been shipping core i5
systems in the Pangolin and Bonobo performance. They can give you some
feedback you're looking for.

AZ_RUNE

I am only concerned because I need the laptop to work NOW, which the T500
will, but the T510 might not be real stable for a few months, or longer, or
could be rock solid now. Any ideas? What are you opinons if you have any
experience with either of these machines or other i5 chipsets with the intel
 HD graphcis.
