[PLUG] cgroups and /sys/ folder structure

Hey, folks!

There is an excellent series of articles about `cgroups` on LWN[1]. The
series consists of 6 articles.

For those who do not know what `cgroup` is, it is a linux utility that
allows you to enforce rules on groups of processes, thus, allowing you
to control how these groups (and, processes) utilize resources.

*I would advise reading the second article[2] thoroughly*.  It gives a
detailed overview of the /sys/ folder.
