Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.3.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
[18-08-19 18:42:00.3153] Plugins::Spotty::Connect::_onNewSong (210) Got a new track event, but this is no longer Spotify Connect Something is telling LMS to play some track which is not a Connect event. This could be a local track, or radio station, or even some other Spotify track. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.3.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
crossfading: I like this feature in the spotify android client, but can't get it in the PCP version. I think it should work if you enabled it in LMS. cynching: Playing to 1 PCP instance is OK but adding a second player causes it to drop the song after 30 - 40 seconds and restart it over and over . Could you please give us more information about your system? What are you running LMS on? What is your network setup: all wireless? Wired? Volume: I ran in a few instances where all would work, except volume control, fortunately locked at a reasonable level. skipping in track: I have no option to advance or backup in a track except to restart it from start. This depends on the LMS version you're using. Only 7.9.1+ does support seeking (as is being logged in server.log). help me point to previous discussions and explanations, or a hint. The pointer would be this thread. Just read it from a-z :-D -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I can't be 100% sure, but in that case the automatic update took more than 2 months since its release. I'll check if I can find the previous version and downgrade for a test. However, *all* our Apple device (iPhones, iPads, MacBook) are just working fine via Airplay. I don't have any experience with the PiCorePlayer, but it would need to have software running on it that would essentially do the same thing. I'm guessing not. But you could test it by plugging a USB keyboard into the piCorePLayer and trying out the media keys. Hi. Ive just purchased iPeng 9... actually it was one of the reasons for buying an iPad. So far I am very impressed, its exactly what i wanted. I can edit the playlist but there still seems to be no option to shift songs up/down. I looked up the support page and it mentioned grab handles that should be shown. I dont see these on my iPad. The Yamaha makes no claim for 24 bit raw PCM support in the specs - just FLAC & WAV. The Protocol Info response only claims 16 bit support - audio/L16 - but then we've learned to take that response with a pinch of salt :D Certainly I if try 24 bit raw at the moment I get a codec error - 16 bit raw works ok - so do you think I could force it to try 24 bit raw by adding audio/L24 to the additional mimetypes ? or would it need something else ? If it doesn't work I can't be sure whether it's just the player that doesn't support it or some other issue - but I can give it a try...
