Bug-fix release, main changes: - Fix parsing of BBC Sounds error response. - Revert webapp manifest back to "standalone" as some users report issues with "fullscreen" - Use composer, conductor, band, etc, in window titlebar as per elsewhere. - Fix incorrectly treating LMS icon strings as Material icons. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4. OK, when I went directly to the Soundcloud plugin in the main list, and tried to set it, the above failure occured. Then I scrolled to Plugins in the main list, scrolled down to the Soundcloud plugin, clicked the Settings link at the right, and the button worked!
