Understood but AirConnect will not help you with that. UPnP is lacking synchronization by design and AirConnect uses UPnP and makes it look like AirPlay LMS 8.2 on Odroid-C4 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 5xBoom, 2xDuet, 1xTouch, 1xSB3. Hi philippe, thanks for your answer. I want to connect my old Sonos via airplay and build groups in LMS. So I can play music synchronized in every room. UPNP is not synchronizing the data. Im not 100% sure if what you want or do, but if you want to have the old Sonos under LMS, you have to use UPnPBridge. I setup the LMS Server (8.2.0) with AirPlay bridge plugin v0.4.62.1 For my old Sonos devices I setup the AirConnect Service airupnp-x86-64-static v0.2.50.5 On my iphone i can see the new devices as AirPlay devices. The old sonos name with a + . So my old Sonos device "Garden" is the new AirConnect device "Garden+" But the AirPlay bridge is not showing the new devices. For anybody like me with a "slight" gap in Linux knowledge that encounters the same issue. Last week (on a max2play image) after doing a sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade. As a result libc-dev-bin_2.28-10+rpt2+rpi1_armhf.deb got installed. As a result Musicip was not working anymore. I followed the first post again, got an error and in the second try replaced: Set the version to the Rasbian version (add +rpi1) and remove the dependency of libgcc1 and save the file With: Set the version to the Rasbian version (add +rpt2+rpi1) and remove the dependency of libgcc1 and save the file And of course changed "sudo dpkg -i newpack/libc6_2.28-10+rpi1_i386.deb" to "sudo dpkg -i newpack/libc6_2.28-10+rpt2+rpi1_i386.deb" Not a clue what I did, but is working again now! Hope this helps someone out... (p.s. I am sure, by the lack of Google results I am finding that it is a situation unique to me but I was initialy also unable to perform the sudo apt upgrade. I got the error message unable to create '/usr/bin/gencat.dpkg-new' After a couple of days of troubleshooting we finally figured this one out. It turned out that something had set the "immutable" flag on the /usr/bin folder. Check with sudo lsattr /usr (the /bin folder will have an i in the output) and change with sudo chattr -i /usr/bin. Does spotty.exe use a specific port that might have been taken by another app? I've installed cryptomining apps on this server recently. It uses 5353 (udp/tcp). But that's a somewhat moot point, as you can run the helper interactively, and it would just work. That's really odd. Can you run it spotty.exe -a -c c:\temp -n test ? Then see whether it shows up in the Spotify app? I have no idea why the helper would run when launched manually, but not when launched from LMS. How are you running LMS? As an admin? I'm able to set flow when transcode is set to flac. Would it be possible to have that feature enabled alongside 'none' in transcode? Tried different max sample rates to no avail.
