Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: iHeartRadio to play US live iHeart radio stations
bpa (plugin author) has recently, in a different thread, described the plugin as a directory of stations & their stream URLs ... and not being involved in the subsequent streaming. So in this case it is likely that the metadata is embedded in the stream by the broadcaster. It would be possible to have a plugin replace content. I'll take a look and see if I can do it in my Radio Now Playing plugin ... assuming the station is not geo-locked to USA listeners only. Paul Webster author of \"now playing\" plugins covering radio france (fip etc), planetradio (bauer - kiss, absolute, scala, jazzfm etc), kcrw, abc australia and cbc/radio-canada and, via the extra \"radio now playing\" plugin lots more - see https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?115201-announce-radio-now-playing-plugin Paul Webster's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=105 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108466 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: iHeartRadio to play US live iHeart radio stations
Use iHeart plugin a lot. Mostly to older squeezeboxes. When playing a track it correctly parses the track name and artist and in between it shows the radio station but when playing ads I get all the adcontext data scrolling across the display (listening to z100 NY). Is there a way to suppress this / change the display to show station name when ads are being streamed.? Is this parsing done in the iHeart plug-in or something else (would it require significant change to plugin? I have no skills in this kind of coding) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk yeomanspc's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=249 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108466 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I am looking for a way to make it look as much like J. River as possible. I like to see the album covers opposed to some artist image from the internet. For artists that I have more than one album from, just use any of their album covers. Feel free to copy/symlink one of the album art files as artist.jpg. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: UPnPBridge = integrate UPnP/DLNA players with LMS (squeeze2upnp)
Hello. I am using the UPnP/DLNA bridge on Windows to run my Naim NDX mostly successfully. However, every now and again a track will not start. There is silence and the LMS progress indicator continually clocks up a few seconds and then appears to restart. I've read the User Guide numbers of times (although I'm not too sure how much of it I've understood!) but my immediate issue is how I swap between Pass Through and Full Processing Mode. I'm obviously being stupid but for the life of me I just can't see how to do it. Any help very appreciated. For Philippe: 1) The User Guide images don't seem to load and there is a reference in section 4.2 to section 3.5 but there does not appear to be a section 3.5 2) Thanks very much for this and th CHromecast plugin. It's doubtful if I'd still be using LMS if they didn't exist.
